Small and medium size businesses do not have the time or technical resources to produce a bank’s standard check issue file format. A bank’s browser based Positive Pay service depends on the company’s check issue data to identify exceptions. Unfortunately, accounting packages export check issue data in their own standard format. This limits a bank’s ability to sell Positive Pay to small business.
ARP Translator™ allows a bank to penetrate the large small business and middle market for check fraud prevention with Positive Pay by offering an easy to use system that runs on the same system as the customer’s accounting system. The ARP Translator directly integrates with QuickBooks®* and other popular accounting packages. A straight forward scheduling component allows the data to be accessed in an unattended fashion. Once check data is retrieved it is re-formatted into the bank’s standard format and then automatically delivered to the bank’s server.

ARP Translator is distributed via the bank’s web site. The installation is accomplished with one “click” of the customer’s mouse. Programs are updates are delivered whenever the application is started.
