The Automated Business Banking system enables banks to offer cash management services to small business and middle market customers by allowing a bank customer to access the bank’s Cash Management services without having to manually log on to an online system(s).  This saves the customer time and drives bank revenue.

In addition, the Automated Business Banking system directly connects to QuickBooks®, which is the dominant small business accounting software package.  An easy to use setup wizards allows customers to quickly set up the QuickBooks connection.  Once set up, Automated Business Banking seamlessly retrieves payment data which is then sent to the bank.

Automated Business Banking includes several applications that extend cash management services (e.g. Positive Pay, Wire Transfer, etc.) to small business and middle market customers.  The following applications are available:

Automated Report Delivery™: 

This application automatically retrieves bank report statements and data files directly from the bank and securely delivers them to the customer.

Automated Check Issues™:

This application makes Positive Pay a viable solution for small business customers.  This application retrieves check issue data from QuickBooks (or a file from other accounting systems placed in a folder), translates it into the bank’s standard format and automatically delivers it to the bank.

Automated Wires™:

This application enables banks to accept wire files from small business and middle market customers.  This application translates a customer’s wire file into the bank’s standard format and securely delivers it the bank.

Automated ACH™:

This application enables bank’s to accept ACH files from small business and middle market customers.  This application retrieves ACH data from QuickBooks, validates the data and automatically delivers it to the bank.  This application can also validate and deliver NACHA files produced by other systems.
