The Automated Report Delivery (ARD) system allows a customer to securely retrieve Web Reports without having to manually logon to the bank’s Internet Cash Management System. Security is achieved using an automated two-factor approach enabling unattended access to bank reports.
The system consists of an application that resides on the customer’s workstation and a bank resident server. The workstation component is downloaded from the Internet and software updates are automatic. The server can send reports to the workstation on demand (pull) or send reports when available (push). The system features an easy to use Report Setup Wizard that allows the customer to schedule the retrieval of data files and reports and specify the location where they are to be saved.

ARD is distributed via the bank’s web site. The installation is accomplished with one “click” of the customer’s mouse. Programs are updates are delivered whenever the application is started.
