Online Demonstration Center

The Online Demonstration Center includes both guided tutorial videos and an interactive demonstration system all within a single Web site. From this central location, banks can provide customers with the capability to learn about Online Business Banking functionality and increase adoption.

The Online Demonstration Center includes a Flash® video for each service offered by the bank. Each video is narrated by a professional voice actor, who informs the viewer how the service can help their business. Additionally, the video shows the customer how to use the service by capturing
user actions, such as screen navigation, mouse
movements and field entry.

Online Demonstration Center Example

The Online Demonstration Center includes a fully interactive demonstration system that can be used by customers to “kick the tires” of the system, as well as by bank representatives in the sales process.  The Interactive Demonstration is a Flash® based simulation of the Online Business Banking system. Each system screen includes customer friendly data (e.g. fictitious account numbers) and allows the user to enter fields, select from dropdown lists, click buttons, and view confirmation screens.

Generated Systems can easily customize the Online Demonstration Center to meet each bank’s unique requirements. The generic screen captures can all be modified to show bank branding, color schemes and customized system functionality. Additionally, any changes to the voice script can also be implemented.

Also, Generated Systems understands that a bank’s Online Business Banking system changes over time. For this reason, a maintenance plan is available to keep the real system and the demonstration resources in sync.
