Online Demonstration Center Example

Generated Systems develops interactive demonstrations that allow customers to explore system functionality. These demos can also be used by bank representatives to show the system during the sales process. Interactive demonstrations can be run online from the bank’s website or off-line on a branch/sales representative’s computer.

The interactive demonstration is a simulation of the online banking system that is built using screen captures from a real system. Each system screen includes customer friendly data (e.g. fictitious account numbers) and allows the user to enter fields, select from drop down lists, click buttons, and view confirmation screens.

Generated Systems provides end-to-end production services from functional specification to customer friendly data preparation to implementation. The process starts with a Functional Design Document that Generated Systems creates following bank input. This detailed document defines the design and functionality of the demo. Once the
document is approved, Generated Systems develops the demo.
