Edward J. Gainer IV, CCM
Chairman and CEO
Eddie Gainer is the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and a co-founder of Generated Systems. He is responsible for Sales, Operations and Product Management of Generated Systems. He has over 17 years of experience specifying, developing, implementing and maintaining e-banking applications. Prior to co-founding Generated Systems, Mr. Gainer was Director, Product Management at Brokat Technologies. In this capacity, he managed an organization that defined, prototyped, specified, and documented Brokat’s next generation J2EE cash management suite. In this role, he was also responsible for communicating system functionality and integration methodologies to customers, prospects, and alliance partners.
Prior to Brokat, Mr. Gainer held Account Executive and Sr. Business Analyst positions at Transactions Software Technologies, Inc. (TST). At TST, he managed the accounts for several large bank customers and served as lead analyst for TST’s PC and Internet Cash Management platforms. Mr. Gainer graduated with a degree in Management Information Systems from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia and is a Certified Cash Manager (CCM).
Carmen Worthington
President
Carmen Worthington is the President and co-founder of Generated Systems. She is responsible for Professional Services and Account Management of Generated Systems. She has over 30 years of experience developing, supporting and managing the installation of numerous e-banking and back office applications. Prior to co-founding Generated Systems, Ms. Worthington was Vice President, Professional Services for Brokat Technologies. In this capacity, she managed an organization that included Project Management, Business Analysis, Custom Software Development, Quality Assurance and Customer Service. Prior to Brokat, Ms. Worthington was Manager, Customer Installation for Transaction Software Technologies, Inc. (TST). Her work at TST included the creation of methodologies and standards for the installation process. These methods improved the reliability of the installation process and reduced the time required to bring new systems to production status.
Prior to TST, Ms. Worthington was Vice President at Systems Consultants Group. In this position she designed, developed and maintained a financial reporting package for securities processing. The client base included 30 major financial institutions including Citibank, Bank of America and Paine Webber.
