GENERATED SYSTEMS ANNOUNCES TOP MANAGEMENT CHANGES
Atlanta, GA, February 18, 2010 – Generated Systems, a leading vendor of innovative e-banking software solutions, today announced top management changes. Co-founder Edward J. Gainer IV, CCM will assume the roles of Chief Executive Officer and Chairman. Mr. Gainer succeeds co-founder Dr. Edward J. Gainer III who is retiring from the company to pursue other opportunities. Co-founder Carmen Worthington, former Executive Vice President, will assume the role of President.
Ms. Worthington has been in the financial software industry for over 30 years. She has managed Professional Services organizations and project management teams for several e-banking companies. She will continue to be responsible for Professional Services and Account Management at Generated Systems.
Mr. Gainer has worked in the financial software industry for over 17 years. He has held senior product management positions at several leading e-banking companies. Mr. Gainer will continue to be responsible for Sales, Operations and Product Management.
