Automated Business Banking™
Automated Business Banking™ is an internet enabled system that fills the remaining gap in electronic banking. By sharing the customer desktop with the accounting system, Automated Business Banking can automatically transmit transactions, access (and store) reports, and reformat reconcilement data. Automated Check Issues™ and Automated Report Delivery™ are both modules of this application.
Automated Check Issues™
A module of Automated Business Banking™ that gives banks the tools to sell Positive Pay to small and middle market customers. Automated Check Issues is an easy to use system that runs on the same system as the customer’s accounting system. Automated Check Issues can also be purchased as a stand alone application.
Automated Report Delivery™
A module of Automated Business Banking™ that allows a customer to securely retrieve Web Reports and Electronic Statements without having to manually logon to the bank’s online Cash Management system. Security is achieved using bank standard encryption, including PGP encryption, enabling unattended access to bank reports and files. Automated Report Delivery can also be purchased as a stand alone application.
Accounting System Interface™
Application that imports payment files from a corporate customer’s accounting/ERP system and translates the files into the bank’s standard format. This solution features a data mapping Import Rule Wizard that eliminates the need for time consuming bank side setup and/or custom programming, thus accelerating revenue.
Bulk Payment Generator™
Application specifically designed to address the needs of high volume clients that prefer to enter payments offline and submit them to the bank in bulk. This solution can also be used as a contingency in the event that a high volume customer cannot connect to the bank’s web system.
CING™
The Classic Interface to Next Generation (CING™) system provides line-at-a-time access to internet based e-banking applications. This allows customers using Treasury Management Workstations to continue to automatically connect to a bank’s cash management offering with only a minor change to the scripts they use to capture BAI data files, etc.
