A top cash management bank needed to offer a wire transfer “power user” solution via the Internet. The bank had high volume wire clients that wanted the ability to enter transactions offline (as a contingency), as well as clients that had payment files from back office accounting or ERP systems. Generated Systems provided Bulk Payment Generator and Accounting System Interface as the solution and integrated these products with the bank’s web cash management system.
A large global bank needed to expand the functionality of its Internet-based international payments system. Generated Systems worked with the bank’s internal departments including sales, project management, product management, development, quality assurance, and operations to define and specify the desired functionality.
A super regional bank needed a custom report to meet the requirements of a large corporate customer. The report needed to be specified, programmed and delivered in very aggressive timeframes. Generated Systems’ staff worked with the bank to rapidly specify and program the desired functionality. Delivery was made within budget and ahead of schedule allowing the bank to satisfy and retain their customer.
A super regional bank replaced its back office wire system with a SWIFT-based, message formatted MQ system. Generated Systems applied its wire expertise to specify the SWIFT-based message format replacements, develop and QA the new MQ interfaces, and integrate with the new back office provider. Generated Systems continues to provide production support for the bank’s new interfaces.
A top 10 bank was converting their legacy cash management system to a next generation platform. The legacy platform included TTY, Web, and PC channels. The bank needed to extract customer data from the legacy system and convert it into a format for the new system. Generated Systems worked with the Business Team to define the conversion strategy. Generated Systems provided an application to setup and report the customer conversion, as well as developed the extract programs needed to convert the customer data.
A global bank wanted to migrate one of its large corporate customers from a legacy PC Cash Management application to its Internet-based payments product. This included extracting and converting a large number of customer defined payment templates. Generated Systems customized its PC Retriever conversion tool to facilitate this customer migration.
A top cash management bank needed to migrate their TTY clients to their Web channel. The initiative was to eliminate the associated X.25 communication costs for the bank, as well as reduce other maintenance costs. Generated Systems implemented Classic Interface to the Next Generation (CING™) that allowed for the unattended delivery of data files over the Internet.
